Please read and fill out our return policy before shipping your return items back to us to insure that we can process your return as fast as possible. We ask that you include this return form with the shipment and that you make sure to pad any items that originally came with padding such as watches. Feel free to use whatever shipping service you like to send back the package to us but please realize that it is the shipping service that is responsible for any packages that gets lost. We recommend that you insure the package and that you take note of any tracking numbers that the shipping service supplies you with.

If you are unhappy with an item, we will take it back for a full refund (not including shipping) within 30 days from the date you received it (Extended 90 days for Holidays). Items must be new, unused and unwashed with all original tags attached. If you are having trouble getting an item to work properly, please give us a call or email us so that we can possibly help you to solve the issue or problem.

If you choose to send back USED merchandise: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all products that are returned to us after being used. This restocking fee will vary depending on the severity of the damage done to the product. The restocking fees for returning used merchandise starts at 30%. We highly recommend trying on skates and shoes indoors on a clean surface to make sure they are a comfortable fit.  We do not accept returns on CLOSEOUT items, FINAL SALE items or CUSTOM DYED SKATES/PARTS.
All returns are subject up to a 15% restocking charge that is only charged for customers that abuse our return policy. This restocking fee is for our own safety and has only been applied in extremely rare instances. Master Card / Visa / American Express / Discover terms are superseded by Aggressivemall's terms. The 15% fee covers labor and credit card processing fees.
All Aggressivemall orders are subject to all of the above terms.

Due to constantly changing inventories and product availability the best and most convenient way for exchanges to be done is by giving you a refund or store credit on the returned products once when we receive them and by having you place a new order at your convenience either on our website www.Aggressivemall.com or with one our customer representatives toll free at 1-866-449-0100.
