How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 

 

Easiest Return Policy in the biz, Guaranteed: We understand that when buying online you might not always get what you thought you wanted. There is always that chance that something might not fit right or not be the exact color you wanted. Whatever the issue may be, if you are unhappy with an item we will take it back for a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days from the date you received it. Items must be new and unused & unwashed (remember we will have to re-sell this item). All you have to do is simply fill out the supplied return form (comes packed with your order) and mail the merchandise back to us, and THATS IT!, as soon as we get your product back your return is confirmed via e-mail and refunds are usually processed within 2 business days.


USED merchandise: If you do send back used merchandise and are unwilling to take the product back we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. This restocking fee will vary depending on the severity of the damage done to the product. The restocking fees for returning used merchandise starts at 30%

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item, just return it by following the Return Policy guidelines and place an order for the product you want instead.

Returns on orders that receive free shipping, will be charged the shipping costs once returned, and free shipping is good one time only. If an exchange is made the shipping costs will be applied once the order is shipped. If you did not receive the free shipping on the original order you may qualify for free return shipping.

Exchanges or returns with custom skates may require an assembly fee/disassembly fee. Which in case is not our fault will be charged to the customer on a return of any custom set up weather it was assembled or not. phone orders are subject to all of the above. All returns are subject up to a 15% restocking charge which is only charged for customers that abuse our return policy. This restocking fee is for our own safety. Master Card / Visa/ American Express & Discover terms are superseded by aggressivemall terms. The 15% covers labor and credit card processing fees.

Orders that are shipped and refused by the customer are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Please take note that some parts may be challenging to install, and does not warrant a return for credit. We will work with our customers over the phone to aid with installation. If you are unable to meet the challenge of installation, this is not the fault of Aggressivemall.com as we offer installation for a fee.

Modification of parts such as dye, cutting, and any other special work that needs to be done are not exchangeable or refundable at anytime, this means if we have to modify any part of a skate for you and you decide you do not want it, weather be for exchange or refund, before or after the item has shipped, as soon as the modification is complete you are responsible for all costs. 

 

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
