Cash:In-store customers are more than welcome to use cash. If you fancy, you can send us cash (that carries the same instances that money orders follow) but we highly advise against doing such for the obvious reasons.

We understand that when buying online you might not always get what you thought you wanted. There is always that chance that something might not fit right or not be the exact color you wanted. Whatever the issue may be, if you are unhappy with an item we will take it back for a full refund (minus shipping) within 60 days from the date you received it. Items must be new, unused and unwashed (remember we will have to re-sell this item). All you have to do is simply fill out the supplied return form (comes packed with your order) and mail the merchandise back to us, and THAT'S IT! As soon as we get your product back, the return is usually processed within 1-3 business days and a confirmation is sent to you via email.
Exchanges:If you'd like to exchange an item, just return it by following the Return Policy guidelines and place an order for the product you want instead.
Return shipping: If you have either ordered the wrong product, the wrong size or have received an item that for any reason you are unhappy with, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If a mistake was made by Aggressivemall please let us know ASAP and we will take full responsibility for the issue and cover all return costs associated with the mistake.

Partial returns on orders that receive the 'free shipping' or the 'free ship' discount will be credited the line item price. If the entire order is returned, all that can be refunded or credited is the subtotal amount of the order and the shipping charges will not be refunded.
If it is noted in the item description that the item is final sale
(usually only on USED merchandise) no returns can be made on these
items. Returns on dyed products are only refundable for store credit of
the product value (not including the dye job).
Please take note that some parts may be challenging to install. We are more than happy to work with all of our customers over the phone or via e-mail to aid with installation. If you are unable to meet the challenge of installation, you are still more than welcome to return the item, but we will not cover shipping charges because in this instance it is not the fault of Aggressivemall as we do offer installations for a fee.
Modification of parts such as dye, cutting and any other special work that requires additional modification is not exchangeable or refundable.
We do not regularly accept returns on used merchandise (this excludes defective items). If you choose to return used items for any reason other than a determined defective, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If we do keep the return the restocking fee for used merchandise starts at 30%.
99.9% of our returns are processed and
credited flawlessly in full without any issues, but in some rare instances returns may be
subject to a 15% restocking charge which is only charged to customers
that abuse our return policy. Please note that this restocking fee is
for our own safety. Master Card / Visa/ American Express & Discover
terms are superseded by Aggressivemall terms. The 15% covers excessive
labor and credit card processing fees.

The credit card AVS system: When placing your order by credit card over the phone or on-line, please make sure that you know the credit card billing address where the bills are received for the credit card you are using and that you put it under the billing section of the order page. Our system checks the full billing address of the card, so if you provide us with the incorrect information or do not know what the address is in full this will cause a credit card address mismatch or a decline to happen when you attempt to place your order which in turn will put an automatic hold on your order. If we have an issue such as this with your
credit card we will not be able to process the order until we are able
to obtain the correct billing address. In some instances we may require
that orders or certain items be shipped to the card holders billing
address. If we have an issue with your order will usually contact you within 1 business day via phone and from our

If you find a charge that you believe is Fraudulent
