International shipping: Aggressivemall.com is one of the few US on-line shops to offer express worldwide shipping with both UPS and USPS. UPS offers one of the best worldwide services available and your package has a 100% money back guarantee to be delivered. UPS services are usually all delivered within 1 week (besides standard service to Canada which can take up to 2 weeks). Shipping rates are published on our web site in real time, so there is no guess work when placing your order. All approved international orders are processed all day, every day just like our regular orders to ensure you get your items in a timely matter. To find your exact shipping rate simply add the items you are looking to purchase to the shopping cart. Once you have done this use the pull down menu in the shopping cart to select your country and then click the "recalculate" button. As soon as the page is refreshed a list of  shipping methods and rates should appear. Rates are automatically defaulted under UPS, so to choose USPS and others select the "more carriers" option). Each rate is exact and you will not be charged anything more than the displayed rate.*

Customs, Gifts & Duties: Please note that we are unable to send out our international orders marked as a gift. The reason for this is that we are registered with our shipping companies as a retailer. If we mark the items as a gift they are more likely to be held by customs. With that said, we try our best to help you avoid hefty tax charges by your government. Usually our international customers luck out and end up not having to pay taxes and duties at all, but in rare instances even though we do our absolute best to help ALL of our customers avoid these taxes there is still a small chance that the customer might end up having to pay for import taxes in the end. Aggressivemall.com does not and will not pay for import taxes, as this is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that these taxes are assessed by your countries customs office and government and can not be controlled, charged or estimated by Aggressivemall.com.

Special note for International customers using USPS: When checking out it is highly recommended that you choose UPS for your shipping method. It's fast, guaranteed and insured. USPS GLOBAL EMS is not guaranteed nor insured This is because a USPS GLOBAL EMS package may have to go through SEVERAL carriers before it reaches it's destination and this can cause unexpected and indefinite delays.

Domestic shipping: With our international shipping on lock, you know we have had our domestic shipping handled with precision for YEARS (Since 1996). We have the absolute best service when it comes to shipping and we guarantee that. Over our many years of experience, the men and women in brown (UPS) have shown to us (and our loyal customers) that they stand far above the rest. With that said, all domestic shipments are shipped with UPS to provide YOU the customer with best service possible. We offer a wide range of shipping options through UPS so you can get the product you need as fast as you want it. We also receive discounts on our upgrade (3-day, 2nd-day & Next Day) shipping rates from UPS and we pass this discount on to you.

All approved orders are shipped during normal business hours which are Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and all major holidays) 8am all the way up to 7pm PST aka California time (excluding next day air packages which must be processed by 5pm). This means that if you are on the east coast and you place an order at lets say 8:30 pm... On a normal day your order will ship that very same night which in turn means you get it at least 1 day faster. No where else offers same day shipping this late (check around, most companies ship the next business day regardless of what time you ordered it.) We guarantee our shipping rates and service is the best. If you think you find something better be sure to let us know.

Guaranteed delivery time: While 99% of the time all of our orders are delivered safe and sound there is always a chance that 'something' may happen. The good thing is that All UPS packages (even ground shipments) have an estimated delivery date, which is a date that we guarantee that you will receive your package by. If there is a delay for any reason (besides adverse weather or other acts of 'god') and you receive your order from us any later than the scheduled delivery date, holler at us and we will refund your shipping costs 100%. You can either call our toll free number or e-mail us for a credit at aggressivemall@pacbell.net.

Insurance & claims: Again, while 99% of our orders are delivered without any problems every once in a while a mistake is bound to occur. Sometimes UPS loses/damages/misplaces a package in transit. While this an unfortunate situation, we are here to help get things back on track. If for any reason* you do not receive your package, items are missing and or damaged your order is covered and insured for 100% of it's value. All you have to do is call our toll free customer service number or e-mail us at aggressivemall@pacbell.net and our customer service team (with your cooperation) will quickly and efficiently start a claim with UPS to get you a replacement or a refund as fast as possible.

*Tracking information must show that the package has been delivered.

Sales Tax: If you reside outside of the state of California, ALL ORDERS ARE TAX FREE. If you live in the fine and beautiful state of California you should still consider yourself to be very fortunate, but you will have to pay for that, and pay the Santa Clara County tax rate which .0825% on every dollar (and cent).

USPS Shipping: In rare instances we will ship smaller parcels via the United States Postal Service (or upon special request). Unfortunately USPS can be a pain sometimes. Tracking is very limited, Delivery dates are sporadic and fairly inconsistent. Although your package is still insured we are unable to extend our delivery guarantee with any USPS packages shipped by Aggressivemall.com

All of our rates are discounted by UPS and we pass that savings on to you the customer. In order to keep our shipping rates as low as possible the purchaser pays all shipping charges even if UPS is unable to deliver or the package is refused.  FREE SHIPPING COUPON CODE: The "freeship" free shipping credit code is good on all orders over $100 and is meant to cover most basic ground shipping charges. You can now use this code in all countries and on all shipping methods.
