This is the USD Imperial BOOT ONLY for those of you who want to decide what frames, wheels and bearings you want to put on the boot to create the skate set up that is just right for your skating style.

USD Imperial Boot Breakdown:

For those of you who like the idea of the USD Carbon skates but do not have it in your budget to purchase them, USD decided to make their Imperial boot which has a similar design as the Carbon's but uses plastic instead of carbon fiber to lower the cost.

The Imperial boot features an integrated non removable liner to give you the best fit possible with a full lace up front, top buckle and tightening velcro strap to hold your foot in place.

USD worked with Dupont to develop the right plastic formula for the boot so that it has the right flex but at the same time does not lose it's shape.

The USD Imperial boot utilizes the exact same soul plate as their Carbon skates which is a nice slim design that cuts out weight

Overall the Imperial is a great boot that is lighter than a majority of the aggressive skates on the market and has a similar design to the USD Carbon boot but at a lower price.
