Description Sizing Information   The Rollerblade Downtown 5 aggressive skate is the improved version of their best selling DT4 skate. Although at first glance the DT5 might look exactly the same as the DT4, Rollerblade has redesigned the boot, the midsouls, the frames and the buckles. RB eliminated some of the plastic on the inner boot shell to add better comfort along the sides of your feet. They changed their frames and midsouls to create a larger groove area to improve your grinding abilities and they made the buckle replaceable with aftermarket Razor brand buckles. Lastly Rollerblade added a Velcro strap to allow you to tighten your skates better at the front base of your ankles. The Downtown 5 is great for first timers all the way up to the pro level; they are also great if you are just trying to get your hands on a quality pair skates for a reasonable price. No corners were cut with the Downtown 5's so you still get the same great tank like durability that the Rollerblade TRS line is famous for. The D5 aggressive rollerblade is completed with the infamously strong TRS 09 frame, Rollerblade 55mm 89a wheels and ABEC 5 bearings.   Features Weight of single skate: 4 lbs. 10 oz. these are decent skates October 5, 2009 Reviewer: Sam from Mendon, MA United States   i got these a few months ago and i liked them. i love the huge h block and the soul plates. i eventually put formula 1 freestyles on them and the bolts the frame comes with are too short so if you ever upgrade frames, keep your frame bolts (especially the longer ones). my only complaint is that the liner moves around a lot in the skate so i superglued it in and it was spectacular. the liners are very comfortable and the all leather toe and mid foot is nice (theonly plastic is the cuff). these are a good buy if you are begginer to intermediate and they are great to learn how to grind with. Pretty Decent July 6, 2009 Reviewer: Christian DeCecca from Raymond, NH United States   First day i got them I skated for hours. There comfortable, they slide easy. Pretty light. My only complaint is that the souls are small as hell. I mean once you get on they lock. But you need good accuracy to stick them on a rail first time. It took me at least four tries to actually get on the rail. But overall, they are good skates. (Definately get antirockers. Without them you can hardly grind without catchin.)
