I bought one of these in September 2007, and by May it had fallen apart. There were several big holes in the bottom, the pockets were ripping out, and one shoulder strap ripped completely off. I think these issues were fixed in the newer version, but don't waste your money on this unless you aren't going to carry any more than 6 or so pounds in it.

great pack, pockets are great espeacialy for me since im still in school, but when you got the skates on it can be a problem to get into some packets. otherwise awesome pack

I wear a size 13 skate mens, with a break. Pack accomodated them with out problem. Easy access pockets for keys, cell.
cons:so many belts and pockets wish manual covered what all these things are for.
To Aggressive Mall
Also would be interested in purchasing a watter bladder to fit into pack for long trips, looking for one now. Would be great if you had link on page with ground control pack.

Pros:
- lots of small pockets
- lots of room in the big pockets
- superb comfort (I have bad back, so I would know. It feels like a pillow on my back.)
- holds on tight to your skates
Cons:
- with the skate holder flap buckled in, it's hard to get to some pockets and hard to take things out/put things into
- that's it...

As you can all see, the pros outweigh the cons. This bag is really great for holding skates and also a really good bag for going to school. I use it everyday now, whether I'm going skating or not.

this bag is super cool. it has tones of room to work with and there is tones of padding on the back. it is super comfortable and you will love it if you get it!

this bag is amazing
its made so well and theres so much padding its unbelievably cofortable to hav on ur back
plus the pockets for the skates on the back are awsome there huge but there designed so well your skates never fall out...its perfect for skool, onve u get there u can just pull off the skates and strap them on the back and walk right into the building no problem
plus theres so much room inside the bag its self and so many pockets you can put everything...keys, phone, ipod, and in the main compartment u can even through ur skool books in there and ride home without any discomfort
deff an awsome bag

really padded
so many pockets, perfect for Cell Phone, keys, allen keys, wax, stunna shades (haha), etc.
and then the 2 big pockets are great for anything else you might need while skating
skates are held really firmly in the back, never had mine fall out.
and if you ever have to climb a mountain or something there are clips on the straps to hold it on to your back.
