coming from someone who rode Ch1's these skates are nothing like them. Id have to say these are by far the best skates ive ever ridden. Youve got support flex and great response from the skate. GO BUY THEM!!!!

deshi carbon

Reviewer: Anonymous person from Los Angeles
Ive done my research and this skate is excellent. Its extremely light and with a light weight boot comes a responsive boot. You have full control wen skating this. Also, this skate is very small, not runs small, but is small so that adds to responsiveness as well.
Souls and all hardware look good and now theres 5 different colors to choose from for souls. Also, if you do not like the souls then USD two peice souls work too.
because this skate is made of carbon fiber, yes it wil be stiff out of the box but due to the thin cuff, it should become more flexible once skated.
the liner (or lack theroeof) makes heal lift almost nonexistant. there is also a top strap to help with that.
last but not least, the skate looks amazing.
if any1 has problems with the outer material, put super glue on it

So i received my carbon's a little over a week ago, i switched from valo's that were 11 pounds, to deshi's that weigh 7 pounds with frames and wheels!! the transition was different for sure! but i was skating like normal and better in like 2 days, after watching reviews on youtube i was told to get 1 size larger than my regular shoe size which ended up fitting perfect! hope this helps

Worth Every Penny... If you've got the pennies.

Runs true to shoe size and are just a little narrow up near the toe, similar to a Remz boot. They are very stiff out of the box but once broken in I cant imagine skating anything else. Fits and looks like a sneaker, materials are great and have held up just fine. The sole plates are great and have a near perfect 50/50 split giving you a larger negative than most skates. I've tried other soles (Xsjado,USD) but the stock ones just look and skate better, though the little "wings" are wearing down pretty quick. My size 9 looks like any other companies size 7 and I recommend a small Slimline frame or another frame under 11".
If you cant afford them yet DON'T try them on! You'll just be disappointed and sad when you have to put your old skates back on :)

taz is right, they feel pretty rigid at the start, i actually thought they might be a bit small for me at first but they perfect. I've always got a size larger than my shoe size in the past coz i got a wide foot and my shoe size in skates was too slim and painful, but these are fine in my shoe size. But yeah, they will flex out a fair bit i reckon. The cuff doesnt even feel like its there until you actually need the support, i found them a bit wierd at first until i got used to not having to log unnecessary kilo's of crap with me onto every grind.

/Re Butter/

Hmm, stiffness wise, they are really stiff. I mean, I know they are gonna break in, but i really have trouble seeing these skates getting all mushy like the other Deshi. Realize that most of this skate is carbon fiber, so it is really rigid, also the outer material of this skate is really durable. I've wiped out a few times, and they still don't even have a scratch on the skin. Anyways, I wouldn't quite say that they flex like Xjsados especially with such low cuffs (probably the lowest cuffs), but I had little trouble transitioning, plus if you are a good skater the low cuffs make up for the lack of initial flex. But really this skate is perfect in every way except for the stiffness, but I'm positive they will break in nice. Keep in mind I've only had them since monday.

To Butter!

Yo butter, since you're coming from Xsjados, is the stiffness of the flex like a Razors cuff or is it somewhere near as good as a Xsjado or Remz cuff? And Just in general, do they wear out quick like others say?

1st these boots are truly inovative.... http://deshtruction.com read its explains alot, and its not like Deshi is a fat company that tries 2 suc our money.
2nd SHO SUPORT!! it makes no sence to hate on anything related 2 rollerblading if were all honestly tring to make this sport grow we can be hate'n on brands or skaters or styles cuz with out the bad there would be no diffinition to the good.
