these are good skates. i had razor cult 8's before these. the valos are much more heavy then the cult 8's. these have great stock frames. they have a raised surface kinda like 50/50 frames except bigger. works good on topside tricks cuz it reduces friction and enables longer slides. the soul plates last a long time! they are bigger than razor skates too. these are my favorite skates so far! the metal buckle did brake on my right skate when i missed on a box. i think it was cuz it caught on the angle iron and i had been doing a lot of cess slides lately. no big deal though. great skates!!!
