these were good for me when i was learning but after a while they got really hard slide also my favorite trick one footers are hard to do. overal they are good but after you get your technique i would suggest a set of GC frames.

Interesting frames July 14, 2007
Reviewer: Double Life from BC Canada
I got a chance to try these for the first time. The groove is very interesting; I'd never skated freestyle frames before. The material is UHMW plastic, which slid excellent on concrete, but once the frame worn in, they were very slow on rails and metal. The frame spacers are circular metal spacers, which I wasn't impressive with...b/c they were too small and added very little support. The axles I used were Kizer 8mm axles, which were so-so in my opinion in terms of quality. The best thing about these frames is that they're not GIGANTIC like Able frames are. My skates are size 8 and the small Kizers were short, compact and felt super agile due to the short length. Overall these frames are quite unique in style, but the material isn't too good for all around riding as the UHMW does tend to stick a little on rails.
