Description   The new white and gold Kizer Element Benny Harmanus pro frames feature an aluminum inner structure for maximum durability, replaceable nylon outer walls that slide well for grinds and the worlds first flippable h-block. The h-block can be flipped for an optimum groove set up for either flat or anti-rocker set ups. These frames also feature durable one-piece speed skate style 8mm axles.   Features 8mm one-piece axles. Now made of steel! best elements of skating August 12, 2009 Reviewer: josh evans from godley, TX United States   i got these on my sagonas and they were worth every penny, these rule and you can ride flat on 55's, but i prefer m1 antis if you are going to buy these you are wasting money if you do not ride some type of bones swiss due to the fact that thiss is an aggressive speed skate frame, and also the bones bearing spacers work best in these, they free spin for days i got ceramics in mine and it is VERY noticeably the fastest thing ever.....plus they look dope Was this review helpful to you?
