These frames come with Able flat h-blocks but will work the Able freestyle h-blocks if you want a freestyle set up.   Features No 3D frame graphics for reduced friction Pre-grooved removable flat h-block reduces break-in period Angled surface ideal for cess slides 8mm hardware increases strength and bearing life Includes 8mm axles and bearing spacers. sold in pairs(2) Frames must have all axles installed (including center) while skating. these are actully freestyle... June 13, 2009 Reviewer: Ted Thompson from wiemar, CA United States   these frames are somwhat heavy but they are very solid. Hblock doesnt click around like GCf1s. break in time is like none. really one of the best for freestyle frames. the ridge on the side makes topsides hella smooth. rite now im rollin on some G7s with freash plates, ables, and murda wheels wich fit just fine and dont get in the way with cess slides or top sides (on ledges) Was this review helpful to you?
