The h-block can be flipped for an optimum groove set up for either flat or anti-rocker. Excellent, favorite frames so far. May 29, 2008 Reviewer: Alexander Noot from Oss, Noord Brabant Netherlands   I've ridden quite a few skates/frames over the past 10 years. But these frames when ridden flat put a lot of fun back into rollerblading for me. They combine ease of grinding nicely with manouvering ability. I love them to death. very good July 10, 2007 Reviewer: Corey Oringderff from Warner Robins, GA United States   i've been skating them for about two weeks now.  they slide fast and smooth.  the one thing I dont like about them is how tall they are.  there is no reason to ride anything other than flat rocker in these frames.  the grind space is HUGE.
