Description   The Featherlite name is keeping its promise: A 22% weight reduction compared to traditional GC frames - yet stronger than ever. This revolutionary design is the brainchild of Stefan "Horn" Horngacher, one of Europe's most progressive and innovative skaters. His idea was to make a solid one piece frame, increase the wall thickness in the grinding area but significantly reduce it in the upper area where it will never touch the ground. The result is a frame which is extremely durable, stiff, light weight and provides maximum strength. The FLT frame also incorporates GC's signature symmetrical design, a perfect center groove and a low profile.   Features Featherlite Design (Really Light!) Solid black: Chris Haffey pro model Technical Specs:     - All 8 mm axles     - Metal rockers     - Fits 58 mm wheels on outside (60 mm with 6 mm axles)     - Fits 55 mm wheels on inside (57 mm with 6mm axles)     - Compatible to 6 mm axle rockers     - Average weight: 7 oz. (includes hardware) Size 1 = 6-8 (length = 11 in.) Size 2 = 8-14 (length = 11 1/2 in.) Slick May 27, 2008 Reviewer: William Browne from Albuquerque, NM United States   Making it short. Pros: Noticeably lighter than stock frames! Slide like ice on butter. Strong enough to handle drops. Doesn't wear too quickly. Cons: Axle bolts not recessed enough. Axle bolts come slightly loose after a couple hours. Definitely buy THEM! They are cheap + awesome! Was this review helpful to you?

i would not recomend them. see review. April 18, 2008 Reviewer: steve   the featherlites were ok frames, very light as promised but with the promise of being so light i dont believe they could have been designed too well do to the face they broke i had them less than 6 months and the damn things broke on me... i would not recomend them unless you dont do gaps, rails, ledges or anything to wear them down. as soon as they wear down and a big gap.. snap. I'm waiting on kizer fluid frames to come from what i hear they're the best.. hopefully better than the featherlites Was this review helpful to you?
